The VIP package is intended only for customers residing in the city where the rental takes place. Launching the VIP Package requires prior sending to the Operator via the Mobile Application an inquiry about the possibility of launching the Package, attaching to the inquiry a photo of a document confirming the place of residence in a given city, e.g. an electricity bill, telephone, other utilities, etc.

In the event of a positive verification of the Customer’s place of residence, the operator provides the option of using the VIP Package in the Mobile Application.

HOW CAN I PAY?

– You can top up your account by purchasing QOOL Points, your scooter rental fees will be charged from your top-up in your wallet

– Payment of the Powerbank rental is possible only with a debit card or a credit card

– Take advantage of our promotions when topping up your account and you will receive additional QOOL Points

– We offer various payment options to top up your account, payment by credit card activates automatic top-up so that your wallet is always full, you don’t have to worry about topping up your wallet anymore

– At the Customer’s request, the QOOL balance will be returned as 1 QOOL Point | PLN 0.1 plus an operating fee of | PLN 100. For this purpose, send a “Account settlement” request in the Mobile Application.

– An invoice will be issued at the customer’s request. For this purpose, send an “Invoice” in the Mobile Application, providing the necessary data to issue an invoice.

2. HOW TO SEND THE APPLICATION CORRECTLY?

– Now that you have come this far to make a report, do it correctly so that each of us has as little work to do with it as possible and we can help you quickly!

– You can only send an application using our Mobile Application

– By sending an e-mail you will receive an automatic reply which will also redirect you to our Mobile Application

– By sending a WhatsApp message asking for a topic that can be worked out using our Mobile Application, you will also be redirected there

Why can't I find the QOOL scooter on the map?

– Make sure you have pickup on your phone

– Make sure the QOOL scooter is not behind buildings or vehicles

– If you still do not see the QOOL scooter in the app, please let us know using the position information via the Mobile App “Reports”

– The QOOL scooter with an empty battery is not visible in the application as available

Why can't I unlock the QOOL scooter?

– Please use the application to scan the QOOL scooter QR code or enter the QR code number manually, use the “flashlight” symbol when it is dark

– If the app shows a message preventing unlocking, the QOOL scooter is in service mode, broken or low battery, look for another QOOL scooter nearby

– In case of any damage, please notify us via our app

Why is my account still being charged after the trip is over?

– Check if your QOOL scooter has been properly locked after the ride by confirming “END”

– Locking after a ride may take up to 60 seconds

– Remember that you need good reception to connect to the app

– If that doesn’t work, close the application and restart it

– If you still need help, please contact us via the app

Damaged QOOL scooter!

– If the QOOL scooter is damaged or unfit for riding, stop the journey immediately, end the journey by confirming “END”

– This is where you can be painful

– Complete the rental by parking in designated parking lots P and receive 1 QOOL point for the next car park

2. BLUE AREA

– You can ride but you cannot finish the ride “END”

3. RED AREA

– Here you play with limited speed

– When in this area, pay special attention to pedestrians

– Here we recommend that you push the scooter

– Remember that for an additional fee you can return the scooter in the red zone. The cost will be displayed in the Mobile Application when you try to end the rental. To end the rental at this point, make the payment and take a photo following the instructions in the Mobile Application and the Road Traffic Act. The amount is charged depending on the distance to the nearest parking point P, and we are on our way to pick up the equipment.

4. BORDERS

– Driving outside our areas will disable the scooter and end the ride, take a photo following the instructions in the Mobile Application and the Road Traffic Act to avoid additional penalties and costs

– The user will be charged according to the price list for picking up the scooter from outside the allowed area

– The user’s account will be blocked when the scooter is left outside the allowed areas again, in which case the QOOL points on the user’s account will be forfeited

– When renting a scooter outside the green area, the user must end the ride in the permitted area

– Lack of funds in the user’s wallet will turn off the scooter and end the ride, and a penalty will be charged and the user’s account may be blocked if it moves outside the allowed area at this time and leaves the scooter there

1. NOTIFICATION OF A FAILURE OF THE QOOL SCOOTER

– Please send a message indicating the position of SCOOTERS via the Mobile Application

– If the Customer is not able to take a photo (e.g. due to a camera failure), he should report this circumstance to the Operator no later than within 4 hours from the moment the scooter is returned. In the event that the Customer does not take the photo within this time, a fee may be charged in the amount specified in the Price List
