Privacy policy and the use of cookies on the QOOL RENT websites and in the QOOL RENT mobile application.
General information
This document contains information on personal data processed when visiting QOOL RENT websites and using the QOOL RENT mobile application.
In accordance with the accepted practice of most websites, we store HTTP queries directed to our server. The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. The exact list of information stored in the web server log files is as follows:

These data are not associated with specific people browsing the Office’s websites. To ensure the highest quality of the website, we occasionally analyze log files to determine: which pages are visited most often, which web browsers are used, whether the website structure is error-free, etc.

We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following grounds:
a) in order to perform the service and use the mobile application to download and install on the basis of your interest in our offer (the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),
b) for analytical purposes of technical logs of the application, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),
c) in order to possibly establish, investigate or defend against claims, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),
d) to test customer satisfaction and determine the quality of our service, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),
e) in order to offer you products and services directly (direct marketing), which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
Information on voluntary or the need to provide data
We kindly point out that providing your data is a condition for using the downloadable and installed mobile application. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to provide you with our service.
Audience categories
Personal data may be made available to the following entities cooperating with us: banks, e-mail service providers, IT companies that support us , debt collection companies that support us, debt collection offices, credit information bureaus.
User permissions
The User has the right to obtain information on whether the Administrator processes personal data relating to him. If the Controller processes such data, it will enable the user to access the personal data and information listed in Art. 15 GDPR.
In addition, the user has the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), subject to compliance with legal requirements. The user also has the right to object to the processing under the conditions specified in the regulation (Article 21 of the GDPR) and to withdraw the consent granted at any time with effect for the future (Article 7 (3) of the GDPR).

The data provided to QOOL RENT by the user is stored only for the period required to achieve the appropriate purpose for which the data was sent, or to the extent necessary to comply with statutory or official requirements. QOOL RENT anonymizes personal data generally after 5 years, unless its legitimate interest or legal provisions require it to be stored for a longer period.
Registration in the QOOL RENT Mobile Application
Before starting the QOOL RENT Mobile Application, the User must register. Access to the registration data is possible by clicking on the Settings / Registration menu. The data provided during or supplemented by the registration after registration or supplemented by QOOL RENT at the registration request are necessary to use the QOOL RENT System.
Registration method:
1. Registration is made via the QOOL RENT Mobile Application

The confirmation code should be entered in the QOOL RENT Mobile Application dialog box. After positive verification of the confirmation code and acceptance of the Regulations, the Customer Account will be created.
Use of data
The collected logs are stored for an indefinite period of time as auxiliary material used to administer the website. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server and the QOOL RENT network, based on log files, statistics can be generated to help in administration. Collective summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any features that identify visitors to the website.
Cookies mechanism on the QOOL RENT websites
