1. DOWNLOAD THE APP
Download the application with your phone. We operate our application in the Apple Store and Google Play.
2. LOAD WALLET
We support international credit cards, debit cards, classic and BLIK transfers.
3. FIND A SCOOTER
Find a scooter nearby using the map in our Application.
4. SCAN QR-CODE
Use the App to scan the QR-code of the SCOOTER or enter the QR-code MANUALLY. Use the “flashlight” symbol IF it is dark.
5. START RIDING
Start driving by accelerating the SCOOTER, pushing back and at the same time pressing the GO throttle.
6. PARK
To finish the ride, take a picture of the correctly parked SCOOTER, following the outline in the APP. After the end of HULANIA, confirm it in the app, confirming “END”.

3. Alcohol and drugs

It is forbidden to ride a scooter under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other outrageous substances.
4. Telephone
YOU WILL EVEN FURNISH YOURSELF
It is strictly forbidden to ride a scooter while using a mobile phone. You also cannot use headphones.
5. The scooter is for one person

Electric scooters are personal mobility vehicles designed for one-person driving.
6. Maximum speed

The speed of the scooter does not exceed 25 km / h, this is the maximum speed allowed by law.
7. Zones
there are limits
In the Application you will find various zones where you can move and information whether you are in a zone where you can end your ride. Remember that you can also return the scooter in each designated parking lot.
8. Outside the zone
LUXURY COSTS
After you’ve run too far and don’t want to come back. We will go for you and pick up the scooter. But it costs money! The farther from the allowed zone, the more expensive it is. You will receive the information in the Application at the end of the lease, confirm the payment and you are done!
